Dhat Syndrome 

It is a physical and psychological distress seen mainly in people of Indian subcontinent related to semen loss.
It is commonly seen in young men. Common symptoms are weakness, anxiety, sleeplessness and guilt which is attributed to semen (Dhatu) loss. Loss of semen through nocturnal emissions and masturbation, white discharge in their urine frightens the individual. Effective treatments in the form of medications and counseling – psychotherapy are available.
